A Note from Laura

I painted “Daydream” on slow afternoons when the studio light was especially soft — that kind of golden light that makes everything feel a little suspended.

I wasn’t thinking too hard, just letting the colors find each other. That’s what this piece holds for me: ease, drift, and openness.
